Please drop us a note when your package arrives to let us know if all has arrived safely. Should you have any issues at all with your purchase, please let us know immediately so that we can make it right.
All returns and exchanges should be returned within 14 days of purchase with an explanation. Please repack the products like they arrived. Return shipping charges may not always be refundable. Teaphoria does not guarantee items lost or damaged if insurance is not purchased.
Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed. Unless of course, you are just a really super crabby person that can not be pleased no matter what we do--but we highly doubt that can happen!
